Your listing is free, and no payment moves a score or changes your ranking. Correcting factual details

Factual fields including your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services can be updated when you provide the correct information plus evidence we can verify against, such as your own website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is made, it stays in place through future data refreshes and is not overwritten by automated updates.

Disputing a score or summary

Scores are never manually adjusted. A dispute means you believe the input data is wrong, either because your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were assigned to you incorrectly, or a review summary does not reflect what reviewers actually wrote. We re-examine the sources, regenerate your listing from the corrected data, and act accordingly. Disputes are not requests for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We take a listing down when the business has permanently closed, is a duplicate, or falls outside what this directory covers. Closed businesses are also picked up by the monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings come from public business information, an accurate and in-scope listing may stay published, and we will give you that answer plainly if it is the one we reach.
