Meridian Guides publishes Badminton Court Guide as an independent directory of badminton court businesses in Kuala Lumpur. Scores come from public review data, computed under the published rubric on the how we rank page, and the same rubric applies to every business. These terms govern your use of the site.

What listings and scores mean

A listing or a high score here is not an endorsement. It is a summary of public review data at the time we processed it. Details go stale, businesses change hands, and reviews can be wrong, so verify anything that matters (credentials, pricing, availability) with the business itself before you commit. The site is provided for information only and we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

Referral disclosure

The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.

If your business is listed here

Businesses listed here can request corrections, dispute a listing or score, or ask to be removed. The listing policy explains how each request works and what to include.

Acceptable use

Use the site to research businesses and send genuine enquiries. Scraping or republishing the compiled directory content, submitting false enquiries, interfering with the site’s operation, and any unlawful use are all prohibited.

Intellectual property

Meridian Guides owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Guides accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes and contact

These terms can change. The version on this page, dated above, is the one in force, and using the site after an update means you accept it. If anything here is unclear, contact hello@meridianguides.my.
